The Live 4 Today Foundation Ride Team, The Spin Cycle Group, is training for their 2024 season, which they will complete with the 2024 MS City to Shore ride in September. Each member of The Spin Cycle Group is driven by a shared goal: to raise awareness and funds for MS, a chronic illness that affects the lives of millions. Their journey symbolizes hope and resilience, reflecting their unwavering support for the MS community. To complete this ride takes an immense amount of dedication, training, and desire to help people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

The Spin Cycle Group devotes countless hours to preparing their bodies and minds for the challenge. This preparation involves long-distance rides, endurance training, and strength-building exercises, all designed to enhance their performance and stamina, in addition to raising funds for the National MS Society

As they prepare for their upcoming rides, the members of the Live 4 Today Ride Team must take exceptional care of their bodies. Integral to their training regimen is the use of advanced compression technology at OsteoStrong, which significantly enhances their performance and recovery.
