Why we built it this way
Most bone health education stops at “take calcium and walk more.” That advice is not wrong so much as it is incomplete, and incomplete advice is how people lose a decade.
So we wrote the version we wanted to hand our own members: mechanism first, evidence attached, no hand-waving. Members take it. Professionals take it. Anyone curious about their own biology can take it.
