March 9-15 is MS Awareness Week!
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic and unpredictable disease of the central nervous system that disrupts communication between the brain and the body. Because MS symptoms can vary widely and mimic those of other conditions, it is often difficult to diagnose. This silent yet life-altering condition affects nearly 2.3 million people worldwide, making awareness, research, and support critical in the fight against MS.
At OsteoStrong Limerick Central, we are proud to support the Live 4 Today Foundation’s Spin Cycle Group, a team of cyclists who ride in annual Bike MS rides to raise awareness and funds for the National MS Society, which provides essential resources for those living with MS and accelerates groundbreaking research aimed at stopping the disease.

The Spin Cycle Group is a dedicated team of cyclists united by a passion for making a difference in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis (MS). As part of the Live 4 Today Foundation, this group trains and rides together, participating in charity cycling events such as the Bike MS: City to Shore Ride to raise awareness and funds for the National MS Society. Their mission goes beyond cycling; they are committed to building a supportive community, inspiring others to take action, and contributing to charities. Whether seasoned cyclists or newcomers, members of the Spin Cycle Group share a common goal—to pedal with purpose and create lasting change for those affected by chronic conditions.

The Spin Cycle Group is always looking for passionate cyclists eager to make a difference. If you want to be part of a movement that drives positive change, follow and support the Spin Cycle Group as they continue pedaling toward progress in MS research.
Together, we can push forward in the fight against MS!
